A deliciously satisfying, protein, fiber and nutrient rich meal with something for everyone.  We brine the organic, skin-on chicken breasts in a mix of chanterelle broth and aromatics and make the wild rice pilaf with vegtable stock and more aromatics.  The braised kale, a long-time favorite, is packed with delicioius umami flavor with just a bit of tanginess from the red wine vinegar and caramelized tomato base.  A bright lemon shallot vinaigrette works great as a sauce over the chicken or on a salad or roasted vegies.  A complete meal (no added ingredients required unless you want a side salad).
