Scotch whiskey in a cookie? Yes! We use a mix of Ghiradelli 60% cacao and 70% cacoa chocolate chips, browned butter,  and just a bit of armagnac in these addicting classic chocolate chip cookies.  The scotch lends a subtle hint of rich smokiness (and all of the alcohol cooks off) and pairs perfectly with the nutting flavors of the browned butter.  Our favorite cookie.

 

Simply drop the pre-formed, still frozen cookie balls onto a baking sheet and bake for a few minutes for amazing, warm cookies. 

 

Available with 8 cookies and enough barley malt and chocolate syrup for an extreordinary quart (or more) side of malted chocoalte milk or with just 4 cookies.
