Chicken Chile Verde Taco Kit

Milk (crema only)

Chile verde, beans, slaw dressing, salsa, crema, pickled onion, queso, tortillas

Slaw: 1/2 cabbage (optional: 1 choyote, 1 carrot, 1 jalapeno, cilantro).  Optional garnishes: cilantro, lime, radish.

Thaw in cold water or in the refrigerator.  Open immediately, refrigerate and use within 72hrs.

Chile Verde - Heat on medium heat or in the microwave opened.  Eat as a chile on its own garnished with crema, questo, and pickled onion or in tacos with remaining broth served as a soup.

Beans - Heat on medium or in the microwave opened.

Slaw - Shred or very thinly slice 1/2 cabbage, choyote, carrot and jalapeno and toss with dressing.  Let set for at least 15 minutes (longer is better).  

Tortillas - Heat in a frying pan on medium heat.

 

Chile verde - organic chicken meat, chicken stock (organic chicken bones, celery, carrot, onion, herbs, salt, pepper), tomatillos, hatch chiles, onion, lime juice, garlic, cilantro, herbs and spices, salt.  Beans - black beans, water, onion, garlic, apple cider vinegar, piloncillo sugar, salt, spices.  Tortillas - organic corn, water, trace of limestone.  Pickled onion - red onion, water, apple cider vinegar, wine vinegar, sugar, salt, herbs.  Crema - sour cream (milk cream, cultures), avocado, avocado oil, honey, salt, pepper, xanthan gum.  Queso - skim milk, salt, enzymes.  Salsa - sunflower seeds, chiles, sunflower oil, avocado oil, water, salt, spices.
