Chilean sea bass filets toped with house-made citrus ponzu sauce butter and served with umami packed and uniquely flavored matsutake koshihikari rice and miso vinaigrette dressed salad or steamed or rosted veggies.  (Click on links to see the underlying recipes adapted for the freezer by Wolfella).  

 

The two sauces in this meal are both incredible versatile and work on all kids of meat.  Use the vinaigrette over the fish for anyone with a dairy allergy, use it on salads, steamed or roasted vegtables, chicken, salmon, or just about anything else.  We suggest a mixed chicory salad with supremed oranges.

 

Available with 2  (enough fish for 2-4 or 3 (enough fish for 3-6) 8oz sea bass filets.  Enough rice and vinaigrette for 4 either way.
