Gartner's Marinaded Fried Tofu Bowl

Soy

Thaw in cold water, open immediately, refrigerate and use within 48 hours.

Beans, tofu, bbq sauce, braised kale, brown rice.

N/A but works great with added roasted veggies.

Beans - Heat on medium or in the microwave.

Rice - Heat in the microwave or on medium with a bit of oil and a touch of water.

Kale - Heat on medium or in the microwave.

Tofu - Toss with BBQ suace (in pan is fine) and heat on medium low to medium heat (best in a non-stick pan) until BBQ sauce becomes thisk and sticky, stirring often.  Tofu can also be grilled.

Beans - Pinto beans, water, onion, garlic, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, salt, spices.  Kale - Kale, vegtable stock, onions, tomato paste, red wine vinegar, garlic, nutritional yeast, herbs, salt and pepper.  Tofu - Soybeans, water, canola oil, gartner's marinade (water, sugar, tomato paste, natural smoke flavor, vinegar, chili peppers, tomatoes, vegtable oil, hyrdrolized corn and soy protein, garlic, sodium bonzoate, citric acid, warcestshire sauce, tenderizer, ribotide, seasonings, xanthan gum.
