Hazelnut and Wild Mushroom Pate

Hazelnuts, milk.

8 oz pate.

Good bread or crackers.

Thaw in cold water or in the refrigerator overnight, open, refrigerate and use within 4 days.

Serve at room temperature.

Chanterelle mushrooms, hazelnuts, butter (milk cream, salt), shallots, garlic, dry marsala, port wine, aged sherry vinegar, 6 year aged balsamic vinegar, salt, spices.
