A long-time favorite following a Paley's Place recipe, this hearty soup is packed with nutrients, veggies, chickpeas and flavor. We braised the chickpeas in a mix of moroccan spices and saffron and use the nutrient and protein rich bean broth as the soup base, adding a large amount of fresh fennel, leeks, kale and other veggies. Choose just the soup or a meal kit with paired salad and minty chermoula sauce garnish (or sauce for roasted veggies or meat). The kit salad is features a orange and pomegranate molasses vinaigrette, castlevetrano olives, pickled fennel and fried shallots.
