Versatile, uber healthy, quick and delicious.  We make these unusual falafel with peas, split peas, dill and mint and a host of other herbs and spices.  Bake or fry from frozen in just minutes.  

 

We include about half a cup of 3 sauces:  1. Mint chermoula - great on its own but add plain yogurt for a creamy dairy kick

2. Sweet orange harissa - works as a topping for roasting veggies

3. Lemon tahini sauce - works as topping or a salad dressing,

We also include pickled red onion, braised chickpeas and roasted pepper and walnut muhamarra dip/spread.  Turn the whole thing into a salad or just add a side salad by adding fresh baby greens, kale or other greens and dressing with the lemon tahini sauce.  

 

Muhamarra is a delicious spread/dip made of pomegranate molasses, roasted sweet peppers and walnuts.  Use it on the bowl or as a dip for fresh veggies or bread/pita (not included).

 

Available in standard vegan and gluten free or with goat cheese.

 

Serves a family of 4 (likely with leftovers for lunch the next day).
