A delicious Sunday breakfast, lunch or dinner, we make the shakshuka using fresh peppers, san marzano tomatoes, saffron and other deliciousness.  Just crack eggs into the simmering mix, cover and cook for a few minutes.  Kit comes with persian bread, olives, goat cheese, hummus and a Lemon dill vinaigrette dressing for cucumber (or other) salad.  A classic, healthy North African or Middle Eastern breakfast spread that also makes a great dinner.
