Adictively satisfying smorgasboard of Thai babeque delights that will satisfy everyone.  Recipes from or inspired by Portland's beloved Pok Pok.  Chickey satay skewers marinated with in a sauce of fresh Thai spices like galangal, turmeric root and coconut cream (contains milk), house-made peanut sauce for veggie side and/or dipping satay, Thai marinated very thin sliced sirloin steak, and Thai style (pre-cooked) marinated pork ribblets.  A slightly spicy and delicious Thai meat dipping sauce on the side along with jasmine rice and a coconut cream and pandan leaf mix to brush on grilled corn (delicious!).  Serve with watermelon with a bit of lime and salt on it for a fantastic summer backyard or camping feast.

 

Only chicken satay contains milk.
