Alla Diavola Butter
Delicious mild to medium spicy compound butter that adds delicious flavor to a wide variety of dishes. Use on grilled or roasted meats, corn on the cob, pasta, or grilled or roasted veggies. A great butter to keep on hand in the freezer and use when needed. Contains 4oz of butter.

CONTENTS: Butter only.
KEEP FROZEN. Heat a knife under hot water and slice frozen butter. Peel paper from slices and re-freeze remainder tightly wrapped in cling-wrap or in a ziplock bag. Use rounds frozen or let come to room temperature before using for quicker melting.
INSTRUCTIONS: Place rounds over grilled, roasted or sauted meat or fish while the meat/fish rests. Saute shrimp, fish or veggies in the butter. For a delicious pasta, add a bit of oil to a pan. Add patted-dry shrimp and fry on high heat for 2 minutes per side. Add corn kernels, cherry tomatoes and/or padron peppers and saute for 1 -2 minutes until just barely cooked. Add the pasta direct from the water along with some of the pasta water and stir vigously. Add plenty of alla diavola butter and stir until melted and fully combined. Turn off the heat and add pecorino or parmigiana cheese and basil and stir to combine. Top with more cheese and basil. Makes a great pasta with nothing but pasta and the butter too. Add cream for a creamier sauce for pasta. Use to make an extra delicious mac n’ cheese too! Just about any cheese works great with this butter on pasta.
