Everyone’s favorite quick and delicious meal for the family, sweet, savory and full of umami. We slow braise pork shoulder in a mix of Thai sweet and thin soy sauce, palm sugar, and spices. The coconut jasmine rice comes ready to drop in a pot, with the coconut cream, ginger and garlic pre-mixed with the right amount of water for the rice. The peanut sauce puts this meal over the top. We make ours from scratch, down to roasting the raw peanuts. Pour over steamed, boiled or roasted veggies (veggies not included) or use for a second meal.
